2. ORDERING, PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on our website are listed in SEK and include VAT. Shipping fees may apply and are clearly displayed before you finalize your order. Orders become binding once payment is completed at checkout. We offer payment via Klarna Checkout, and a credit check may be required. Payment methods and terms are presented during checkout.  3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping. Deliveries are handled by PostNord or DHL, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout (we offer free shipping within Sweden). You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

4. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us in writing within the return period. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund. Return addresses and further instructions will be provided upon contacting us.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS

You have a 3-year warranty on products with defects. Please contact our customer service with your order number and the reason for the claim for assistance.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS
